In 2024, Lampung’s economic growth reached 4.57%, still below the national average of 5.03%. Despite strong contributions from agriculture, manufacturing, and trade, low workforce productivity remains a major barrier to growth.

To address this issue, the Creative Center is proposed as an architectural solution to enhance human resource quality and stimulate the creative economy.

The main concept, “Unite with Bamboo”, positions bamboo as a symbol of local identity and a sustainable material with economic value. The design strategy, “Creating Community Activities”, encourages social interaction and collaboration through workshops, training, exhibitions, and public discussions—supporting the development of an inclusive creative ecosystem in Lampung.
